Acceptable Use Policy

Pet Dance Video (the "Service"), operated by Analogkit, is committed to providing a safe, lawful and responsible AI generation service. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out which content is not allowed, how we check content, how to report a problem and what we do about violations. It is part of our Terms of Service, and everyone who uses the Service must follow it.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

• Prompts and instructions you submit;
• Images and other files you upload;
• Videos generated for you, and how you use or share them.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to create the following six categories of content:

1. Pornography / NSFW content.
2. Violence / gore.
3. Hate speech.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
5. Deepfakes / impersonation of real people.
6. Content infringing copyright or trademarks.

Zero tolerance

The following lead to immediate account closure and may be reported to the authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
• Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism or mass violence, or gives instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
• Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
• Deepfakes of real individuals, including face swaps, nudification, intimate-scene compositing, and fabricated statements or actions, whether or not the individuals consent.

No adult content. The Service does not allow any nudity or sexual content: prompts asking for it are refused, and generated videos containing it are blocked and not shown. The Service has no feature for swapping faces, undressing people, compositing intimate scenes or making real people appear to say or do things they did not.

Also not allowed

• Graphic violence or gore, and content that promotes self-harm.
• Misinformation designed to deceive, or impersonating real individuals, brands or organizations.
• Infringing intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights, including other people's trademarks, logos and artwork.
• Passing AI-generated content off as created by a human, or presenting it as professional medical, legal or financial advice.
• Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content.
• Prompts designed to get around our safety checks ("jailbreaks").

Uploaded material

You may only upload your own photos, or material for which you have explicit permission from the people shown. Uploading another person's photos without their consent is prohibited. Before uploading, you must confirm that the material is your own or that you have permission. Permission does not allow generating the deepfake content listed above.

3. How We Moderate Content

• Automatic checks before generation: every prompt and upload is checked by Waffo Prompt Sift and APIMart with OpenAI's moderation model before anything is generated. If it is blocked, nothing is generated and no credits are charged.
• Automatic checks after generation: Sampled frames of each generated video are checked before you see the result; results that break this Policy are not shown.
• Human review: reports and flagged content are reviewed by the operator, who decides on the action.
• Records: we keep a record of these checks as described in our Privacy Policy, so that we can review decisions and answer questions from our payment partner or authorities.

Automatic checks can make mistakes in both directions. If a legitimate request was blocked, rephrase it or contact us.

4. Reporting

Report content or behavior that breaks this Policy, or that infringes your rights, by email to support@analogkit.app, or with the Report link next to a generated result. Please include a link or the result ID and a short description. We keep the identity of reporters confidential. Reports that are knowingly false or abusive are recorded and may lead to action against the reporter's account.

5. Response Times

If a case needs more time, we will tell the reporter why. Business days are Monday to Friday, China Standard Time (UTC+8).

6. Enforcement

Depending on how serious the violation is, we take one or more of these actions:

• Refusal: the request is blocked and nothing is generated.
• Removal: violating content is deleted from our storage.
• Warning: a written notice by email for a first minor violation.
• Account suspension or closure: for serious or repeated violations; unused credits of a closed account are forfeited as described in our Terms.
• Reporting to authorities: for content that is likely illegal, in particular any child sexual abuse material.

7. Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal within 30 days of our decision by email to support@analogkit.app with the subject "Appeal". We re-examine the decision and the evidence and reply within 10 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify you by email or on the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect, and update the date above.
