Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of These Terms
Pet Dance Video (https://petdancevideo.com, the "Service") is operated by Analogkit, an individual developer ("Analogkit", "we", "us"); the operator's legal name is on file with our payment partner Waffo Pancake and is available on request. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service, including accounts, credit packs and AI features. They apply the Analogkit Terms of Service (Version 1.0) to this Service.
By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Services
Pet Dance Video is an online software tool that turns a photo of your pet into a short AI-generated dancing video in a Halloween costume. It is delivered digitally. Paid features become available immediately after your payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped physically.
The Service uses third-party AI models: Nano Banana 2 by Google and Seedance 2.0 by ByteDance, accessed through APIMart. Pet Dance Video is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google and ByteDance. Output is labeled as AI-generated. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output generated for others; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
We may change, add or remove features, and will give notice before removing a feature you have paid for.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Your account on Pet Dance Video is separate from accounts on other services operated by Analogkit. Keep access to your email and devices secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you notice unauthorized use, contact support@analogkit.app immediately.
4. Credit Packs and Prices
Paid usage of the Service is based on credits. You buy credits in packs; each generation deducts the number of credits shown before you start it (currently from 5 credits). Pack sizes and prices are listed on our pricing page and are shown again at checkout, in your currency where available, together with any applicable taxes.
Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and can only be used on Pet Dance Video. Free or promotional credits may have a shorter validity stated when they are granted and cannot be refunded.
If a generation fails because of an error on our side, the credits deducted for it are returned to your balance automatically.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partner Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment, applicable sales taxes and receipts.
Each purchase is a one-time payment that you authorize at checkout. We do not offer subscriptions, automatic top-ups or recurring charges; you are only charged when you buy a pack.
6. Validity of Credits
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; unused credits expire after that. If your account is closed, unused credits expire, except where a refund applies under Section 7 or Section 13.
7. Refunds
- 7-day refund for unused packs: within 7 days of purchase, you can get a full refund of a credit pack if none of the credits from that pack have been used.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges and charges made in error are refunded in full.
- Service problems: if the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of us, or if we discontinue it, we refund your unused purchased credits in proportion.
- Used credits are otherwise non-refundable.
To request a refund, email support@analogkit.app from your account email with your order number. Approved refunds are issued through Waffo Pancake to your original payment method; the time until it appears depends on your bank (usually 5–10 business days). Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
8. Billing Questions and Disputes
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact support@analogkit.app before opening a dispute with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and correct confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9. Your Content, AI Output and Intellectual Property
You keep all rights to the content you submit ("Input"). To the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated for you ("Output") and may use it commercially. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Input and Output only to provide and secure the Service. We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models. Input is sent to APIMart, which passes it to the developer of the model you chose to generate Output under their own terms, and to our moderation providers to check it against our content rules. Do not submit content you have no right to use, including other people's trademarks, artwork or likeness.
The Service, its software, design and the Pet Dance Video and Analogkit names and logos belong to us. These Terms do not give you any right to them other than using the Service as offered.
10. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You must not:
- submit or generate content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, sexualizes minors, harasses others, or promotes violence or hatred;
- impersonate others, or present AI Output as professional (medical, legal, financial) advice or as work created by a human professional;
- scrape the Service or its Output at scale, or use them to train or improve competing AI models;
- reverse-engineer, overload or attack the Service, or bypass rate limits, credit checks or payment;
- create multiple accounts or use automation to obtain free credits.
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out in detail which content is not allowed, how we check prompts and output, and how we handle reports. It is part of these Terms.
11. Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Card details are entered on Waffo Pancake's checkout and processed by Waffo Pancake in line with PCI-DSS; we never receive or store full card numbers. When you delete your account, your account data is deleted from our live database immediately and from our backups within 30 days, except records we must keep as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including that AI Output is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Term and Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account on the account page or by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. If we close your account or discontinue the Service for reasons other than your breach, we refund your unused purchased credits in proportion.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for this purpose excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent people's court. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or on the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect, and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
