What is Pet Dance Video?
Pet Dance Video is a web tool that turns one photo of your dog or cat into a short vertical video of your pet dancing in a Halloween costume. You pick the costume and dance, and the video is generated with Seedance 2.0.
Which pets work?
Dogs and cats work best, one pet per photo, whole body visible, facing the camera in good light. Rabbits and other pets can work too, but results vary more.
Can I use a photo of a person?
No. Pet Dance Video only animates pets. Making a real person appear to do something they never did is not something we offer, even with their permission. Photos that show people are not allowed and you confirm this before uploading; if a person still appears, the video can be blocked, and blocked videos get their credits back.
How much does it cost?
Costume photos are free, up to 2 a day. A video costs one credit per second, so a 5-second video costs 5 credits and a 15-second video costs 15. Packs start at $6.99 for 10 credits, purchased credits are valid for 12 months and there is no subscription.
How long does a video take?
Usually a few minutes, and longer when many videos are in the queue. You can leave the page while it renders; the finished video appears in My works on your account page.
What if a video fails?
If a video fails, is blocked by our content checks or you cancel it before it starts, the credits go straight back to your balance.
Can I post the videos?
Yes. You own the videos generated for you to the extent the law allows and can post them on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or anywhere else. They are labeled as AI-generated; keep that label when you share them.
What happens to my pet's photo?
Your photo is stored privately and used only to make your costume photo and video. Uploaded photos and generated files are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Which AI model is used?
Seedance 2.0 by ByteDance makes the videos and Nano Banana 2 by Google makes the costume photos, both accessed through APIMart. Pet Dance Video is independent and not affiliated with ByteDance or Google.
Why do I get a costume photo first?
So you can see your pet in the costume before you spend credits on a video. The photo usually takes less than a minute, and the video is made from that exact photo, so the costume you liked is the one that dances.
